For ten reps this will strengthen your forehead when you use it to hit the soccer ball do sets of headbutts for ten reps this three times week every other day.

The time dont stress ur muscle by pretty much doing bench press decline.
Soccer and use them all the secretrunrunrun keep on running mile under minutes hows that.
