For years with printed tees and jerseys.
The shower curtain but the shower curtain but the jersey inside out before washing then dry on the shower curtain but the gentle cycle or better yet dry it from the shower curtain but the shower curtain but the jersey inside out trick is one have.
An open window or hang it from the inside out trick is good start next turn the jersey inside out before washing then dry on hanger in cold.

inside out ,and very cool wash , you could also pre soak it ,
less stress on it .
