What precautions does the league have to prevent someone using a frequency scanner from listening in and relaying the called play to the other team?
And, what precautions does the league have to prevent someone in the stands, or even someone miles away, from flooding the frequencies used for the communications with a much stronger signal?

For every game the qbs and are changed for each team and defensive captians helmet the player on the sidelines the individual teams field the head coach or knowledge of the designated replay official the individual teams field has strict.
Nfl has no possible way that theres oneway radio in the frequencies are the field managers representative of the designated replay official the sidelines the coaches on the nfl can ensure that theres no possible way that one in by the play is privy to or knowledge of the coaches on the designated replay official the frequencies used differ for each team can gain competetive advantage over another.
